Job Descriptions:
To secure PSC by managing and expanding relationships with key clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector and the ability to develop customized, value-added solutions that align with client needs. The Key Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal cross-functional teams.
Achieve assigned sales targets by identifying and pursuing new opportunities
Understand client-specific energy needs and propose customized solar solutions.
Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Maintain accurate records of account activity, sales pipeline, and project timelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
Proven track record of managing key accounts and closing high-value deals.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence senior-level stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Proficient in communication (verbal and written), presentation, and sales tools (CRM, MS Office, etc.).
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed.
